- "Services": Refers to all products and services offered by Junbi LLC, including but not limited to LavaFlow, Crucible, and any future applications.
- "User": Any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses our Services.

User Accounts
You may use basic features of our Services without creating an account. However, to access certain features including data synchronization, you will need to create an account.
Account Creation and Security: You are responsible for providing accurate information during account creation and keeping your account credentials secure.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription Terms
Some of our Services offer both free and paid subscription options. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds for subscription payments.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you before they take effect.
Use Limitations and Restrictions
As a user of our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or our servers
- Use the Services to transmit any viruses, spyware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services

Intellectual Property

User Content

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms and notify users through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
